Is McLean Virginia Real Estate a good investment?
We believe so and the facts speak for themselves. Both High Schools, Langley & McLean, have been consistently ranked in the Top 100 High Schools in US News Top Public Schools.
Property values have risen over the years and now have come down, due to a reduction in the sales volume of higher priced properties:

Although the information suggests that single family prices dropped substantially, in reality there was a skew to more older/smaller homes that sold in 2009, due to the difficulty borrowing funds over $730,000. In the second half of the year banks began to fund mortgages for higher end sales, which helped unit volume exceed the total sold in 2008. This shows that the McLean market has begun to turn around.
